Nine months later, the baby is born with some of the mask's powers because Tim had the mask on when the baby was conceived. Back home, he's now willing to help his wife conceive. Tim impresses the partygoers with his wild behavior - everyone thinks he's testing out a new cartoon character. On his way to the office Halloween party, Tim finds the magic mask from the first film and decides to wear it, unaware it will unleash his hidden desires and remove all his inhibitions. Unlike the 1994 film, which was rated PG-13, this film is even more kid-friendly and totally PG-rated, giving it poor grasp of the source material.In this sequel, would-be animator Tim ( Jamie Kennedy) lives with his wife Tonya (Traylor Howard) in a cartoony-looking little house.Fortunately, it was a box office bomb and received poor reviews.The gross-out scene, with Tim farts on Loki, during the boxing scene.Some scenes including Alvey made scary faces, was too scary for younger viewers.The props, sets and costumes look pretty good.Alan Cumming gives a good performance in this film.This film was totally wackier, cartoonier and a lot more slapsticky than the 1994 film.
