In the bottom left corner click on the ( +) sign to add in your bluetooth printer- You will notice the column that says Kind make sure to select the bluetooth one in the list. Once it is successfully paired a box will come up asking to Setup this Printer- click Printer Preferences You will see a box pop up requiring a code, put in 0000 (4 zeros) if that fails try 000000 (6 zeros) then click Pair
If you notice that it says Pairing Failed click the Options It will start searching for your Bluetooth devices and you will see your OfficeJet 100 Mobile populate in the list, please click Pair (Note* The printer usually pops up with a code name not the actual name of the printer, that is ok) In the Top Right please click on the Bluetooth icon and scroll down to Open Bluetooth Preferences Please turn on the OfficeJet 100 Mobile printer and make sure that your Bluetooth light is solid blue.
